Tis the season to be moving...

So yeah...

Long story short, a lotta crap has happened recently. It's not something I'm willing to write about in an online blog, but close friends know the story.

It's been difficult, but worth it. I'm moving in with my friend Andrew on Tuesday. It's gonna be weird at first, but in the long run it's a good thing :)

I still intend on living with Kenny - just when things sort out for us. I don't see this affecting our relationship though. We've been through so much already, so this will be nothing.

I won't have the internet at Andrew's, so I'll need to get that mobile broadband shit... I'm sure Kenny can help me get the best thing though. So basically, if anyone needs me, misses me, loves me, then you'll just have to call moi! :P

The Boosh, Kenny, Myspace and Unemployment

Hey people.

A lot's happened recently but I just haven't found time to update this... so I guess no time's better than now!!

Well, I'm now unemployed and officially dole scum!! :( My own fault really tbh... I had a few days off work - some were due to genuine illness.. the others... I just couldn't be fucked to tell the truth! So yeah, my agency called and basically told me not to return to the project. Bah! I'm too bootylicious for them!! :P (who the hell am I kidding?!)

On a good side though.... Me, Kenny and Andrew went to go and see The Mighty Boosh at the SECC on the 28th of November.... it was fucking epic!!! Probably more amazing for me as I was fucked beyond all belief when I went to see them! Check the pupil dilation :P

And Noel Fielding walked by us and I was so happy!!! I WAS NEAR VINCEY PRINCEY!!! :D They sang the Eels song and had a giant eel bouncy castle sorta thing on stage... Buy the DVD when it comes out! It'll be a treat! :P

Well, lastly... Kenny.
We had been having some relationship problems. Mainly that there was no communication. I was talking more to my friends than I was him and I was kinda worried. So I reccomended we have a break... maybe a bit of time apart might help us.
Nope.
Bad move.
In the end - after lots of crying - we worked things out. We're now back to normal :) We're happy again and we're just gonna try not and stress each other out as much! But in the end, I think the fact this all happened was for the best. We both know that we wanna stay together. We're gonna be together no matter what!
Also, it's our 2 year anniversary soon! 21 days to go!!!

On a final note, we're going away to Carlisle together for the weekend which will be good. His sister lives down there so just a break away together will be nice :)

New friend and lack of sleep!

Well I met a friend of Kenny's on Saturday night called Michael. He was down staying at Kenny's for the weekend to help him with some stuff for work and can I just say that this guy is brand new!
We've actually discovered that we ARE the SAME person as we have the exact same mind! It's really cool to have made a new friend though :)
We were up talking literally all night last night and just decided at the last minute to meet up early today and have a wee movie day! It was a good laugh!

Too bad i'm absolutely shattered atm though! We ended up falling asleep through Rocky Horror Picture Show lol

Bleh...

Well, today I am ill! This is never a good thing!

I just got up this morning and I was sick constantly so no work for me today. But now I’m stuck with this boring feeling and there’s no one to talk to...

On the good side, I got my phone yesterday and it’s bitchin’!!! For the first time though, I’ve been really confused trying to use it!! It’s quite weird the way it’s laid out. I’ve had to order a 2 GB microSD so I can actually get some music and stuff put on it! All I have on it now is just a Keane song (‘Love is the End’) and Coldplay’s ‘Viva La Vida’. They shall do for now though!! =]

I’m actually really comfy right now... Sitting in my PJ’s in the living room and I’m just sprawled out on the couch with my laptop on my lap! COMFORT! WOOOO!!!!! I’ve just been texting away to some people as well... just found out one of my mates got fired for being late to many times apparently... so hopefully we might meet up on Friday if he’s free...

Won’t really get to see Kenny this weekend either.... he’s busy with his Uni stuff and I’ll be at my brother’s on Saturday... It’ll be his 24th birthday and it just seems unreal how quick everything’s going by!! I mean, I still remember when we shared a room together in Greenock years ago as kids playing with WWF action figures and stuff like that!!! Now he’s in his own place... I’m getting older and it’s like AAAAAAAGH!!!!! Too much to soon!

I'm so pissed off at myself!! I missed my phone today so I need to wait till Monday to get it but I'm working!! :( So I'll either need to hope my mum (who said she'd wait in for it in the first place but didn't!!!!) will maybe pick it up for me on Monday before her work or wait till Wednesday!!!! :( Either option sucks cause I want it noooooooowwwwwwwwwwwwww!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm so fussy when it comes to things like this!!! lol

New Phone!

In a moment of madness I decided to get myself a new phone!
I hate the contract I have at the moment! And The provider for that matter! My contract with them expires soon anyway so I just thought fuck it!

I ordered the new Nokia N95.



It's a shmexxii wee thing and I'll be getting £200 credit every month so that's like 2000mins and 1000texts if not more, which works out great for me cause i'm sick of going over my limit at the moment. I pay £25 (AT LEAST!!!!) for 500mins and 100 text.... naturally I end up going over that limit and then they add on the VAT on top of that. It also has a 5mp camera on it and it lets me surf the net on it free as part of the deal!! So I'd happilly pay £35 with T-Mobile for a bitching phone with uber credit! Best thing is, it's free next day delivery!! XD
So I'll be texting everyone with my new number!!!

Another day, another blog

 

Last night was good :) Me, Kenny, Hazel and Bob ended up going to the pub in town randomly and it was such a good wee night :)

We actually got Bob drinking!!! Very eventful night :D

It was nice catching up with them though, I'm always working now so it feels like I never have time for anyone anymore.

 

At the beginning of this year I tried to make a list of things I wanted to accomplish. Now that this year is nearly up I'm begging to think to myself 'what have I ACTUALLY done!?'

The list was :

• Lose weight
  
• Join a different bank
  
• Have control of my money
  
• Move out
  
• Give up smoking
  
• Still be with Kenny
  
• Travel
  

 

Ok, I'll be fair, I've done 3 of those – and we've estimated we'll be in a new house in about 5 weeks. But I feel like I should try and put more effort in to things I want to achieve. As I type this I have Kenny telling me that I've done more. Apparently I've lost weight since I started this new job but then I guess it's always easier for someone else to notice the changes like that... It's nice though :)

 

I'm going up to my brother's house tomorrow to stay so I'm looking forward to that. Just a change of scenery plus I haven't seen him in a while so It'll be good to catch up. Main reason I'm staying anyways is because I start work at 9.30 on Sunday morning and it's practically impossible to get to Glasgow for that time in the morning from here. But meh! Not complaining.

 

Just downloaded the free trial for Final Fantasy XI there so I'm gonna head off and try it out! I love the Final Fantasy games and people have said I should always try it so now's my chance! :D

The bald frog with a wig

I decided that since I wanna get using this more often I would update my profile! I notices at the bottom there was an option ' create a random question'. Curious I clicked it and was asked to 'quickly tell the story of the bald frog with a wig!'. Happy with this most random question I put my story telling skills to work! After writing this EPIC story, I was disappointed to see it could be only a maximum of 400 characters! THIS IS AN OUTRAGE i thought! Now how are people going to be able to read this MASTERPIECE! 'I know! I'll copy and paste it into my blog!!'

The Bald Frog with a Wig

Once upon a time there was a frog. This frog was manically depressed! Several times he tried to end his own life but alas... his little webbed hands couldn't pick up that butchers knife to slash his little feeble wrists!
The reason this little frog was popping ye olde happy pills was because... he was bald!
All the other frogs critisied his as they walked about with their mullets!
One day the bald frog ran away and seen a squirrel!
'Look at that squirrels tail! That would look amazing on my head! I could use it as a wig!' he thought to himself!
The frog approched the squirrel, who appeared to be out his face on smack! The frog offered him some drugs in exchange for his tail! So as quick as a flash the squirrel bit off his own tail in exchange for the frog's anti depressants!
The frog returned to his pond showing off his new improves scalp hair!! All the other frogs were incredably jealous of this so decided to kill him!

Moral of the story, don't trust squirrels! They're just out of their tits on drugs!!

Howdy!

I know what you must be thinking.... 'omg, 2 blogs in the same week!!! Who is this?!'

Well, work today was great! Actually got talking to someone in my team and held a conversation!!! I'm impressed with myself :P

Apparantly the housing agency still hasn't been in touch with Kenny yet so he's gonna try and call them tomorrow at somepoint.... bit of a bummer thy haven't got in touch with us yet though :( I really want this house!! So bad!

Well, not much else to say really....

Oh yeah... cold weather + early morning rise = hellish!!! I though global warming would make things warmer!!!! :P

The big update!

Well, seeing as friends have started using blogger again, and since i've not updated for over a year this calls for..... an update I guess!

Well, me and Kenny are still together :) Went to Canada in June this year for 10 which was immence! My proudest moment :) Just the fact I done it :)
We're now looking to move in together!!! We're trying to get viewings for flats this week on my days off! It'll be amazing though if we get a wee house together :) I've just wanted to settle down now for a while so it's great to know that things are looking up for me :)

I've left that job I had in Irvine. Basically the staff were total cunts - except for those select few who I still remain in touch with. I'm now working in Glasgow in a call centre. I'll admit, I wouldn't have seen myself in a call centre before but it's not as bad as I though it would be. Weekly wage, plenty of overtime available and the people up there are lovely :) So woo! :)

My friends...
My friends are still amazing :) I think over the past year bonds have grown so much! There's friends, and then there's FRIENDS! And Hazo's one of them. I just love this girl to bits. It's nice having a friend who's just so down to earth. Someone who you can just sit with - no need for conversation. I think we communicate telepathically half the time and we're both so thick we don't realise it :P

But, there's not much else to say really.... I'm in a kinda sleepy state at the moment, so I'll leave the blog at this but I will try and update more.

But, I think it's safe to say that since my last blog, everything's looking up for me which can never be a bad thing!
